National Super League side Shabana FC has sealed the services of former Posta Rangers midfielder Moses Otieno.
The Kisii based side is shaping up for the NSL following their promotion from the Nationwide League.
The former Kenyan Premier League giants confirmed the new development on the official Facebook page.
"We have completed the signings Moses Otieno the talented midfielder. The new signings will help the team perform even better in the National Super League (NSL) as well as other competitions.
Moses Otieno is a player with experience and talented as well, he has been tested and we believe he will add real quality to our team.
Moses played in Belgium third tier in 2009 with Victor Wanyama then joined Kenyan Premier League record champions Gor Mahia in 2010/11 season before joining City Stars.
After City Stars, he was bought by Nakumatt where he stayed for only six months before joining Posta Rangers. He has also played for Tusker FC.
Shabana's short-term target is to get back to the top tier in the next two or seasons.
