The star-studded cast of the upcoming film walked the icy-white carpet in Mayfair for the big-screen debut in the capital, stopping for pictures in front of the shattered logo.
Paulson, who plays Dr Ellie Staple, stunned in a pink strapless dress with flame-like green and yellow detail, paired with a cream jacket.
Jackson – who rocked a purple suit with a matching beanie – stopped to chat with fans and sign autographs as he made his way into the Curzon in Mayfair, even finding time to take selfies.
The 70-year-old American actor stars as the titular lead Mr Glass, otherwise known as Elijah Price, who is back after decades away to orchestrate the lives of David Dunn (Bruce Willis) and Kevin Wendell Crumb (James McAvoy) from the shadows.
The film, directed by M Night Shyamalan, draws on 2000 hit Unbreakable and takes place after the end of Split, from 2016, and is the third in the Eastrail 177 Trilogy.
Anya Taylor-Joy, who sported a black outfit for the premiere, and Luke Kirby are also part of the cast.
A whole host of other celebrities attended the glamorous premiere including Strictly Come Dancing star Neil Jones, Celebrity Juice host Keith Lemon and The Vamps singer James McVey.
Glass is released in cinemas on January 18.
