London, Aug 4 (ANI): South Korean mobile maker Samsung is planning to unveil the new version of the Galaxy Note smartphone later this month.
"We plan to unveil the next Galaxy Note at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event in Berlin on August 29," a Samsung spokesman said.
Samsung's event will take place two days before the beginning of IFA, Europe's largest consumer electronics fair, which is held in Berlin, The Telegraph reports.
According to the paper, the new smartphone is likely to have a 5.5-inch display, a faster processor and an improved camera.
The current version of Samsung Galaxy Note, which was released in October 2011, offers a significantly larger screen than a typical smartphone, 5.3 inches, and also a stylus for note-taking. (ANI)
