The world waited with bated breath for the launch of the Samsung S8 and S8+. Now, its India’s turn to welcome the Samsung flagship to its shores as the Galaxy S8 is set for a grand launch in the country on 19 April.
The South Korean giant has dished out the media invites and we can’t wait to get our hands on the latest Galaxy flagships.
The devices are already up for pre-orders in india and said to have received a good response.
The phones come with a lot of innovative additions, like the new infinity display, which is bezel-less. Also the new Samsung devices will sport the Exynos 8895 chipset and come bundled with Samsung’s own voice-based voice assistant, dubbed Bixby.
What came as an additional update is that Bixby won’t come with a voice control feature. Big disappointment.
There hasn’t been any kind of buzz as far as the pricing of the devices are concerned but from all the rumours flying around in the international market, the S8 could be priced somewhere between Rs 47,000 to Rs 49,000.
On the other hand, the S8+ could see a price tag anywhere between Rs 54,000 to Rs 56,000.
We’ll get you a hands-on first impression of the devices as soon as the curtains are lifted off the new Samsung Galaxies.
