Samsung Galaxy Note 10 India launch teased on Flipkart, expected to come to India soon after global debut

Flipkart has put up a dedicated page for the launch of the Galaxy Note 10. The Galaxy Unpacked event can be live streamed by fans in India on August 8 at 1:30am.

In case you were wondering, the Galaxy Note 10 will indeed come to India. Samsung has always launched its premium flagship devices in the country and the Galaxy Note 10 is expected to land in India soon after its global announcement on August 7. Flipkart has now put up a dedicated page for the launch of the Galaxy Note 10. The Galaxy Unpacked event will take place in New York on August 7 and fans in India will be able to live stream the event on August 8 at 1:30am IST.

The Flipkart page shows a teaser video of the Galaxy Note 10 along with a "Stay Tuned" message. This, however, also confirms that the next Note flagship will be available on Flipkart when it goes on sale. Samsung typically launches its flagships in India within a few days of their global debut.

As of now, details regarding the price of the Galaxy Note 10 are slim. Samsung's Note devices are usually priced a little higher over the Galaxy S-series phones, so we assume a similar progression for the Galaxy Note 10 as well. Last year, the company launched the Galaxy Note 9 in India starting at Rs 67,990 so the Galaxy Note 10 fall in a similar price bracket.

Ahead of the Galaxy Note 10 launch on August 7, a lot has already been revealed about the flagship. For example, we know that there will be two models of the Galaxy Note 10 - a regular version and a Galaxy Note 10+ model. Both the phones will look similar but will vary in screen size. They will sport punch-hole displays with the cutout placed on the top center of the screen. They will also bring vertical camera systems on the back and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

Based on Geekbench listings, the Galaxy Note 10 or the Note 10+ or both models will pack an updated Exynos 9825 chipset that is said to be based on a 7nm process. The Plus-sized model is also expected to come with up to 12GB of RAM. Moreover, both the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ are also expected to come in 5G variants, although it seems unlikely that Samsung will bring the 5G models to India anytime soon. Lastly, it also looks certain that the Galaxy Note 10 duo will drop the 3.5mm headphone jack. More details about the flagship should surface as we get closer to the Unpacked event.
