On Frankly Speaking, with Navika Kumar, Sajjad Gani Lone, who is the Minister for ARI & Training of Jammu and Kashmir and the former Member of the Legislative Assembly elected from the Handwara constituency joins in with TIMES NOW for an exclusive talk. The chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir People's Conference, Lone talks about spending 360 days in confinement under PSA as Kumar asks him how was that period for him. Lone was arrested on August 5, 2019, and was booked under the Public Safety Act (PSA). This day, as he describes to be one of the darkest days of his life and initially, he says there was an element of shock. Eventually, he said that he got used to it and had seen worse jails in the 1990s.
