With the recent talks between the centre and the newly formed union territory, Lone raises certain concerns since the abrogation of the special status. He demands upgrades in infrastructure for education and employment. “Bandh (in J&K) for 400 days out of the 650 days. What infrastructure will be built in 250 days?
