In the audio, both are talking about fixing the case, once Ashok is out on bail and putting the responsiblity of Pradyuman's murder on Ryan International School's administration.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) grilled Ashok's maternal uncle, OP Chopra for over 4 hours in the telephonic conversation case in which he had called the juvenile accused cousin and said that he will fix everything and all charges will be shifted to school administration from minor.

According to CBI sources, "Clarification was sought by the investigative officer from Chota regarding the audio tape. He has admitted that he had a conversation with the juvenile accused's family. This was only to console them."

After 4 hours of questioning at CBI headquarter, Chopra was allowed to leave around 3 pm.

The audio clip is a telephonic conversation between the juvenile accused's cousin and bus conductor Ashok's maternal uncle OP Chopra.

In the audio, both are talking about fixing the case, once Ashok is out on bail and putting the responsiblity of Pradyuman's murder on Ryan International School's administration.

After Pradyuman's family came to know about the audio clip, they filed a complaint with CBI. CBI had summoned Ashok's maternal uncle OP Chopra to record his statement.

India Today has accessed the audio clip which is under investigation by the CBI.

The first telephonic conversation between them took place after the juvenile was apprehended by CBI on charges of killing 7-year-old Pradyuman.

OP Chopra, Ashok's maternal uncle can be heard saying,"I will tell you the technique. I had deleted your number which I took you from the shop. Media will come to me. Don't come here. Things can get bad in a hurry. It will go in your favor. Will give it a twist and will shift the onus on the school administration."

Chopra can be heard saying,"I know the best guys who can help you. Let Ashok come out of jail, then we will do something."

Chopra seems very confident during the conversation, he is trying to convince Juvenile accused's cousin in which he says,"let me take out Ashok who is my nephew. Tell Wakeel Sahab not to worry. Otherwise he will loose his child. Don't be hopeless I will help you. It's a CBI matter. If it would have been local police, it would have been sorted. Let CBI investigate."

Juvenile's cousin then asks Chopra "do we have proper stuff" to which Chopra confidently replies, "yes, we have proper stuff. Will tell you what has been school's fault. Ok."

In the second telephonic conversation, Chopra is taking about police investigation.

"Aren't you at the shop? I met the driver's family. Driver and Gardner said that we're tourtured. Will have to do something," Chopra tells juvenile's cousin to which he replied, "yes, will have to do something."
