Ruckus created at police station over detention of 15-year-old girl

A ruckus was created by the locals after a 15-year-old girl was kept in detention for the last six days by the police in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad. A group of people entered into a verbal spat with the police officials in this regard and raised 'zindabad' slogans for Chief Minister Yogi Aditayanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in protest. Giving details, a local said the girl is being tortured and is forced to make wrong statements in front of media, by the police. The locals threatened to take up the matter to higher authorities if the girl is not released from prison.
