Riverdale star Lili Reinhart has come out as a "proud bisexual woman" as she joins protests in West Hollywood.
The Betty Cooper actress shared on her Instagram Story that she would be marching with the LGBTQ+ for Black Lives Matter march following the death of George Floyd at the hands of the police.
"Although I've never announced it publicly before, I am a proud bisexual woman," she wrote. "And I will be joining this protest today. Come join."
The protest will be a peaceful one and does not intend to cause disruption to traffic, and asks participants to wear masks and to not break the curfew.
Many celebrities have lent their support to the Black Lives Matter movement, while stars like BBC Radio 1's Clara Amfo and This Morning's Alison Hammond have made powerful speeches.
Reinhart's co-star and former boyfriend Cole Sprouse also revealed he and other protesters were arrested earlier in the week.
"This is ABSOLUTELY not a narrative about me," he wrote, "and I hope the media doesn't make it such. This is, and will be, a time about standing ground near others as a situation escalates, providing educated support, demonstrating and doing the right thing."
