Before the power couple, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma gave us major relationship goals and made us believe in fairy tale love story, it was Bollywood actors Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh, who made us believe that happily ever after really does exist. The couple, who had a sizzling onscreen chemistry, share an amazing chemistry off-screen too. In a melancholy-filled sea of sadness, where Bollywood couples are either breaking up or getting divorced, Riteish and Genelia have stood firm. What more can they do to prove that they are one of the cutest couples in tinsel town?
Actor Riteish Deshmukh reminisced about the release of his debut film Tujhe Meri Kasam on this date 12 years ago. It also launched his now wife Genelia D’Souza. Earlier today the actor took to his Instagram handle to share the film’s poster and wrote, “3rd Jan 2003 : 15 years ago #TujheMeriKasam released. Debut film: Life changed. Architect became an actor. Costar @geneliad become my baiko. #15YearsOfTujheMeriKasam.”
The movie didn’t do too well, but it worked wonders for the two actors as they embarked on their off-screen love story thereafter. Riteish shared another picture from the film, helmed by K. Vijaya Bhaskar and wrote, “.@geneliad didn’t speak to me for the first two days during the shoot of the film because my father was the Chief Minister on Maharashtra then. #15YearsOfTujheMeriKasam” ALSO READ: Bigg Boss 11: Rani Mukerji And Salman Khan To Set The Stage On Fire In Weekend Ka Vaar
