A special court will pass its order on Rhea Chakraborty & Showik Chakraborty's bail plea who have been arrested in connection with the case pertaining to the death of late filmstar Sushant Singh Rajput. The NCB strongly opposed the bail pleas and said that although the quantity of the drugs seized in this case was small, it was still in commercial quantities worth Rs 1,85,200.
A special judge presiding over cases under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act also heard the pleas filed by four other arrested accussed. Earlier, Rhea Chakraborty had said that she was coarsed into making those statements in her confession as far as the consumption or the procurement angle is concerned.
