Revolt RV 400 launch on August 7
Revolt Intellicorp will launch its AI-enabled motorcycle RV 400 in India on August 7. The company, founded by Micromax Informatics co-founder Rahul Sharma, is garnering overwhelming response for the bike.
Till July 10, more than 2,500 units of Revolt RV 400 were booked. The bookings for the AI-enabled motorcycle had opened exclusively for customers in Delhi and Pune on the company website on June 25 and Amazon.in on July 5.
Showcased in India on June 18, Revolt RV 400 is the first bike in the country to be available for booking on the online marketplace, after Revolt Intellicorp's partnership with e-commerce giant Amazon.
The upcoming RV 400 can be pre-booked for an initial amount of Rs 1,000, which is refundable. Expectations are that the AI-enabled motorcycle might be priced around Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the exact price will be revealed at the time of the launch.
The ARAI certified range of Revolt RV 400 is 156 kms. It will have a top-speed of 85 kmph. The motorcycle gets USD front forks and a monoshock unit at the rear. There are 17-inch alloy wheels with disc brakes. Besides, there is RBS (Regenerative Braking System).
The motorcycle is available in Rebel Red and Cosmic Black colour options. It gets features like projector headlamp, fully digital instrument cluster and four separate exhaust sounds.
Revolt Intellicorp is providing the Revolt App with RV 400. The app, which is available on both Android and iOS, will have connectivity features like bike locator, door-step battery delivery, mobile swap stations, anti-theft, sound selection and preview, among others.
