As a token of love for the armed forces at Ladakh, people have initiated a food collection drive. People have been collecting ration to further send it to jawans guarding our borders. As per their statement, they are doing this not because there is a shortage of food for forces but because they want to thank them. The residents and many traders in Leh are taking stock of essential products for soldiers. The stock will later be sent to the areas where soldiers are deployed. The residents are collecting all the essential items for the Indian army personnel in order to express their gratitude as they are safeguarding their area, the country, and the Line of Actual Control. The residents also speak to Times Now, one of the residents say that they are trying to help the soldiers who are fighting for the country.
