'Regulating second wave of Covid was not possible', says Amit Shah

Since April of this year, the terrifying second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc, exposing flaws in the health infrastructure, medical readiness in the event of a pandemic, and logistical disasters that impede proper treatment. India's lack of preparedness to battle the outbreak this year was acknowledged by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who stated that containing the second wave of the pandemic was "humanly impossible."
