Milk and banana is our favourite childhood combination. With no snack time complete without this sweet milk, banana milkshake still tops our list of breakfast and snack time menu list. But according to experts, banana and milk together may not be the best combination. While separately, both are extremely nutritious, together they do not go so well. While the combination of milk and banana may seem like the ideal one, with the two making up for each other’s nutrient deficits (milk doesn't have dietary fiber, which banana has), the two don’t do the same when they enter our body together.
