Raninder Singh to appear before ED in connection with FEMA act violation in connection

Raninder Singh who is the son of Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amrinder Singh has appeared before the Enforcement Directorate officials in connection with the alleged FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act Violation) case that he is facing. He had to appear before the Enforcement Directorate on November 6. He was also summoned in October. He is being questioned by multiple officers about the FEMA act violation. It was later learned that certain investments were made by him to foreign lands in aborad and it was an undisclosed asset. The case was further given to the Enforcement Directorate and was summoned thrice.
