Rajasthan: After fight over Ambedkar poster, 21-year-old Dalit youth killed

According to police and family members of the victim, a 21-year-old Dalit man in Rajasthan died from injuries incurred in an assault by a group of men belonging to an OBC community about two weeks after some of them allegedly tore posters of B R Ambedkar plastered outside his home. Vinod Bamnia, a member of the Bhim Army, was assaulted near his home in Kikraliya village in Rajasthan's Hanumangarh district on June 5 and died two days later in a hospital in Sriganganagar.
