Rajasthan: Ashok Gehlot govt issues fresh statement; accepts 'Vendor quoted higher rates'

Rajasthan: After facing allegations of corruption in the procurement of oxygen concentrators now the state government has issued a clarification that higher rates were quoted by the vendors but they have attributed to pandemic demands. The state government is claiming that the purchase of oxygen concentrators had met 300 metric tonnes of oxygen in the state. They have also mentioned that the Union government had also sent 245 oxygen concentrators. Times Now's Arvind reports that the statement has come from the official channel of the Health Department.
