After a whirlwind wedding and a snowy honeymoon in Switzerland, Priyanka Chopra is ready to dive back into work. The actor made an appearance on popular US talk show The Ellen Show hosted by comedian Ellen DeGeneres.

On the show, Priyanka revealed that she is producing and starring in a feature based on the popular Netflix documentary series Wild Wild Country. The series chronicled Indian spiritual guru Bhagwan Rajneesh a.k.a Osho, his assistant Ma Anand Sheela and their followers in the Rajneeshpuram community in Oregon, USA.

Kangana Ranaut’s sister has lashed out at Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi co-director Radha Krishnan Jagarlamudi, aka Krish, who has disputed the decision to give Kangana first billing as director on the posters for the film.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Krish claimed that Kangana shot only 20-25 per cent of the first half and has added 4-5 shots in the climax. “I don’t think how Kangana can sleep well by taking the first credit in direction when she does not deserve it,” he said. He also expressed his displeasure at being credited by his full name rather than his professional moniker Krish at the last moment.

3. ED Issues Notice to Pak Singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan Under FEMA

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a show cause notice to Pakistani Sufi singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

As per media reports, he has been charged with smuggling foreign currency out of India to the tune of Rs 2 crore.

Speaking to news agency PTI, officials said Khan, who is popular for his renditions in India and Pakistan, has been asked to reply to the notice within 45 days.

4. ‘Empire’ Star Jussie Smollett Hospitalised After Homophobic Attack

Chicago police opened a hate crime investigation after Empire actor Jussie Smollett said he was attacked by men who shouted racial and homophobic slurs and physically beat him.

Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said Smollett reported that two men approached him and began shouting racial and homophobic slurs while he was walking here around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, reports The Guardian.

5. ‘Uri’ Star Yami Gautam Felicitated by BSF in Amritsar

Actor Yami Gautam was given a memento and felicitated by the Border Security Force (BSF) in Amritsar for her performance in the hit film Uri: The Surgical Strike.

"BSF is the first line of defence of our country and it gives me immense pride to have met them in person and be in their company. It was kind of them leaving me overwhelmed to have given me this love and to the team," said Yami, who visited Amritsar for the celebration of Republic Day on January 26.
