Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh SLAMS centre over vaccine policy

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has slammed the Central government on the delay in the vaccination process over the spike in COVID-19 cases in the state of Punjab. Capt Amarinder Singh said that the situation might have been better if the Government of India had not delayed the inclusion of +45 people in the vaccine ambit by 2 months. The rise in the number of COVID-19 cases has been rapid in the state of Punjab along with which the death rate has increased as well. He said that if the vaccination process was not delayed these deaths and the rising cases could have been prevented and controlled in the state.
