Punjab CM Amarinder Singh holds protest in Delhi over suspension of good's train

Faceoff over farm bills continue as Punjab ministers and Congress MLAs have gathered at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi to protest against the suspension of the good's train to their states, where the farmers have been agitating against the three newly introduced farm laws. The Punjab government has accused the Centre of choking Punjab with the suspension of good's train and all the essential goods in the state are falling short.

The protest is being led by Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh, who states that they haven't even received GST compensation from March onwards. He further adds that this is a step-motherly treatment of the Centre and it is devoiding the state of its constitutional guarantees. Further, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is holding a protest in Chandigarh, saying that Punjab CM is doing a drama in Delhi.
