Project 75 India | Government approves project to build 6 submarines with foreign alliance

The Defence acquisition council, including the three service chiefs, the Rajnath Singh heads, and the CDS, has cleared the construction project. The project is about building six submarines. The current allegations are about the construction money of 43k crores. India has finally cleared the pending plan of constructing six new-generation submarines with foreign collaboration. Rajnathnath Singh and the defense acquisition council approved the tender and requested the defense shipyard and private shipbuilder LNT were the two shortlisted companies for the project. Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd and LNT were shortlisted for the diesel-electric submarine building program called 'Project 75 India.' P75I will be the first project to be launched under the strategic partnership policy which the Indian government formulated in 2017.
