Times Now has accessed the copy of the ordinance promulgated by the President authorising the Delhi Pollution Commission to manage air quality in the city and the adjoining areas. this is a very important ordinance given the fact that National Capital and its adjoining areas are already seeing a surge in the pollution. Yesterday the Rashtrapati Bhawan has promulgated the commission for air quality management in NCR and adjoining areas.
