POLL: Will you avoid bursting crackers this Diwali?

The Supreme Court on Tuesday, while ruling out a blanket ban on firecrackers, has allowed their bursting on Diwali only between 8 pm and 10 pm. This is done with an intent to curb air and noise pollution, which reaches alarming levels specially in the north Indian winter.
