PM Modi reaches out to protesting farmers to stop agitation; releases ₹18,000 cr from Kisan scheme

The Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is not leaving any stone unturned to convince the farmers to stop their agitation. The farmers' agitation has entered its 30th day today. While farmers are demanding the repealing of the three farm laws, the Prime Minister is going to meet them today and announce the PM Kisan scheme fund of more than 18,000 crores, which will be given to the farmers.

This batch of financial aid will be provided to over 9,000 farmers. The PM is also said to clear govt's stance on the farmers' agitation today. Farmers are still adamant on their demands. Watch!
