As the political commotion began in Bihar with the first phase of the state's assembly elections, the battleground heats up as the second round of polling campaigns began. His election speech included acknowledging the women, youth and farmers of Bihar calling them special and strength of change. He stated that new doors of opportunity will be opened in terms of infrastructure and a special fund of 1 lac crore rupees for the future empowerment of the state.
