When 'pirate' Johnny Depp went off the Caribbean to Disneyland

Looks like, this is the day Disneylanders will always remember, as it's the day they almost caught Captain Jack Sparrow! Disneyland's 'Pirates of the Caribbean' ride inspired a global phenomenon and launched a highly popular film series by the same name. Now, just before the U.S. release of the fifth installment of the franchise, 'Dead Men Tell No Tales,' Johnny Depp made a surprise appearance at the place where it all began. Dressed as his character Jack Sparrow, the 53-year-old actor surprised dozens of riders by popping up in several places of the ride in Disneyland, California. In the videos posted on Twitter, the 'Alice in Wonderland' star can be seen repeating lines from the movie while also interacting with parkgoers as he held onto his sword. The video shared by the visitors is going viral. Have a look! The movie 'Dead Men Tell No Tales' will hit theatres globally on May 29, 2017.
