MoS External Affairs V Muraleedharan lashed out at Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and called him a 'Covidiot'. The Minister said that Vijayan had tested positive on 4th of April itself and yet he voted without following proper protocols. He added that the Chief Minister mingled with people and did not follow protocol when he went to the hospital. Vijayan had been admitted to medical college on April 8 after testing positive for COVID-19 and was discharged on 14th of April, 2021. Vijayan, the CPI(M) candidate from Dharmadam in Kannur, had travelled extensively throughout the state during the campaign for the April 6 Assembly polls. Watch the full video for all the details.
