Let there be light!

London's Hayward Gallery is hosting an exhibition of 25 light-based installations dating from the 1960s to the present day. The gallery at London's South Bank has gathered  the collection of works which are said to be the first survey of "light-based art" in the UK, including immersive environments, free-standing light sculptures and projections.  Light Show, which features work by 22 artists, also includes rare works not seen for decades and re-created specially for the Hayward Gallery.
