Pawan Kalyan lashes out at Sri Reddy for abusing his mother: Don't take my silence as weakness
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has finally lashed out at Sri Reddy for abusing him. In a series of tweets, the actor-politician has thrashed the media and Ram Gopal Varma for dishonouring him and his mother.
He captioned his tweets, "If I cannot defend the honour of my mother I better die (sic)."
Pawan Kalyan also asked not to take his silence as a sign of weakness. The Agnyaathavaasi actor slammed Telugu media houses for continuously making news out of this issue by relaying the abusive comments about his mother.
For the uninitiated, Pawan Kalyan told actress Sri Reddy, who is fighting against the exploitation of actresses in the Telugu film industry, to take the issue to the police and not sensationalise it by going to media houses.
This didn't go down well with Sri Reddy, who abused Pawan Kalyan by calling him 'mad*****od'. Later, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma came forward to reveal that he was the one to instigate Sri Reddy to take on Pawan Kalyan.
Both Sri Reddy and RGV have apologised to Pawan Kalyan and his fans but looks like the Powerstar has not accepted their apology.
