Panther attacks forest guard

A panther attacked a forest guard in Jhadali Manpura village in Rajasthan's Jodhpur on Thursday. The forest guard had gone to rescue the leopard, which had earlier attacked a cow. Seeing the crowd injured, the animal climbed a nearby Acacia tree. After the attack on the cow was reported, a forest department team reached the spot but the agitated leopard attacked the forest guard, who was later sent to the hospital for treatment. The forest guard is now recuperating in the hospital.
