Pakistan violates ceasefire

Jammu, April 3 (PTI) Pakistan today violated the ceasefire by firing from automatic weapons on forward posts and civilians areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Indian Army retaliated and the firing is continuing, a Defence Spokesman said.

The spokesman said Pakistan Army started indiscriminate firing from small arms and lobbed mortar shells from 0930 hours on Indian Army posts along the LoC in Poonch sector.
