Pakistan’s National Assembly approves a bill to allow Kulbhushan Jadhav the right to appeal in HC

There has been a new development in Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav case as Pakistan’s National Assembly has adopted the ICJ Ordinance, which will grant Kulbhushan Jadhav the right to appeal in high courts of the country. The bill seeks to provide further right to review and reconsidering in giving effect to the judgement of the International Court of Justice. The bill was adopted by the National Assembly yesterday after an approval from a 21 member standing committee.
