O2 concentrators hoarding case: Navneet Kalra's bail plea rejected by Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court has adjourned Navneet Kalra's anticipatory bail application hearing to Tuesday, 18th May, 2021. The Court has also refused to grant the Delhi businessman interim protection from arrest in the meantime. During recent raids conducted by the Delhi Police 524 oxygen concentrators were recovered from three restaurants in Khan Market, reportedly owned by Navneet Kalra. The absconding businessman had approached the High Court after the Saket Court in Delhi had refused to grant him anticipatory bail in connection with hoarding of oxygen concentrators amidst the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
