No relief for Mithun Chakraborty; West Bengal government seeks more time

Judge Kaushik Chand of the Calcutta High Court questioned the justification behind the accusation of inciting violence against Mithun Chakraborty. Mithun came down to strengthen the Gerua champions in the conversation campaign of his super hit film in the election operations on behalf of the BJP. A case has been filed against him in court. Allegedly, Mithun has made stimulating remarks in the election campaign. He has provoked violence. But Justice Chander argued that the movie was released with the permission of the censor board. A complaint was lately lodged against Mithun at the Maniktala police station to aid and promoting violence. The Trinamool later went to court alleging that there was no activity on the share of the police.
