Nirmala Sitharaman announces the Union budget 2021. She says the budget comes at a time when everyone has given greater impetus to the economy. 'That impetus would be qualitatively spent, and give the necessary demand to push if we choose to spend big on the infrastructure.' Finance minister Sitharaman added. The two important features of this budget are that the chose to spend big on infrastructure which pans across roads bridges ports and so on. The second feature would be attending to the need of the health sector. Capacity building in health has taken a very big place in the budget because of the Pandemic that hit the world last year. She also talked about how during the Lockdown the nation only has 2-3 testing labs and thus the budget focuses on renovating those sectors of the society.
