Juventus have assured Neymar's representative that his staggering wage of 37 million euros per year is not an issue in any bid that will be made for him. The Serie A champions believe a cash plus player deal involving outcast Paulo Dybala should suit PSG. There are several media outlets in Italy breaking this story that Fabio Paratici, Juventus' sporting director has made initial talks with PSG. There are other players like Mario Mandzukic and Blaise Matuidi that could be used as a makeweight in this massive deal. Neymar Transfer to Barcelona or Real Madrid News: PSG Open to Loan Deal for Wantaway Brazilian Star.

Barcelona, who are the other club seriously considering bringing in their former attacker back in the side are considering a 170 million euros bid. With Phillipe Coutinho making a switch to Bayern Munich on loan, it could be Ivan Rakitic or Ousmane Dembele that could be asked to move to PSG to cover Neymar's cost. Either way, PSG are expected to get a player that will be a potential replacement for Neymar and a lot of cash. It is also a bonus for the French outfit as they make room in the wage bill, getting rid of a player that has done precious little for them.
