Navneet Kalra, the restaurateur from Delhi's Khan Market has now challenged the order given by the Delhi government. Navneet Kalra has moved the Delhi High Court after a show-cause notice was issued to him by the Delhi Government, seeking suspension of the registration certificates of Khan Chacha and Townhall. The Delhi High Court has allowed time to the Delhi government till July 30th in regards to this case. Navneet Kalra was arrested by Delhi Police after his alleged involvement in hoarding the Oxygen concentrators came to light, during the second wave of the COVID pandemic in the National Capital.
