MK Ganapathi suicide case: Karnataka HC declares Congress leader K. J. George innocent

In the latest development of the Deputy SP M. K. Ganapathi suicide case, the Karnataka high court has quashed the case against the accused political leader K. J. Geaorge and declared him innocent. Ganapathi had allegedly killed himself in a lodge in Kodagu on July 7, 2016 when he was Deputy Superintendent of Police of Mangaluru. In a video message, he named K J Georg and others. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) registered cases against all three accused which included Karnataka minister K.J. George who was accused to have connection with the suicide of the police officer, which has now been dismissed as high court declares him as 'not guilty'.
