Minors in orphanage raped, Women Commission demand strict laws to end such acts

KC Rosakkutty, chairperson for Kerala Women Commission, on Tuesday condemned the incident of seven minors being allegedly raped over a period of two months and sought new strict laws to end such acts. Rosakkutty further said that such attacks take place on girls who are from poor financial ground and are not able to register a case. She further said that it is the mindset of the people that needs to be changed.
