Medical report rejects 'rape' of Greater Noida Class XI school girl

The latest medical report says that no signs of rape or injury was found. Other facts are still under investigation, ANI reported.

The incident took place on April 18. When the victim did not return home, her parents approached the police and an FIR was registered. The 16-year-old girl was later found in an unconscious state on a deserted road in Greater Noida.

The victim told the police that she was on her way back from school when the incident happened. She said that she missed her bus that day. The three accused offered a lift and she agreed.

The victim alleged that she was offered a drink which was spiked. The three men then raped her for hours.

One of the accused is the girl's classmate while the other two were his friends. A case has been registered under Section 376 (D) of the POCSO Act.
