Medical infrastructure in Amritsar villages’ critical, locals travel 50 km for hospital

Amritsar (Punjab), May 17 (ANI): While COVID-19 batters India, villages in Amritsar suffer due to lack of inadequate medical infrastructure. Residents of Daoke and Rajataal alleged that there is lack of medical facilities in villages. They use to travel 50 km for hospital in case of emergency. Villagers are reeling under the threat existing healthcare disparities.
