In a massive victory, The Bombay High Court admitted Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's plea against the demolition of her office at Mumbai by BMC and ordered a stay on the drive till 10th September 3 pm when the court will next hear the matter.
Kangana Ranaut has alleged she is being targeted because of her fight with Shiv Sena. The BMC had on 8th September pasted a notice at her office at Pali Hill in Bandra West.
Kangana Ranaut's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui said that notice was issued to intimidate her by misusing dominant position.
The Bollywood actress has been at loggerheads with the Shiv Sena, the ruling party of Maharashtra, and its leaders over her recent remarks against Mumbai and its police.
