Manchester City back to their best in comfortable Champions League win over Marseille

Manchester City returned to winning ways and rediscovered some of their best free-flowing football to record a comfortable 3-0 win over Marseille in the Champions League.

Pep Guardiola's side ensured that they would take maximum points from their first two games in Group C through goals from Ferran Torres, Ilkay Gundogan and Raheem Sterling at the Stade Velodrome.

Marseille struggled to lay a glove on City, who started and finished the evening with the type of the attacking verve that they have lacked at time at the start of this season.
