Kirill Tereshin, 21, showed off his alarming two-foot circumference biceps, which he achieved after injecting three to seven ounces of a drug called synthol into his arms every day.

The results are shocking - Kirill's biceps grew to nearly a foot in circumference in just 10 days and only about a month to fully inflate.

However, his new Herculean biceps appear ridiculously out of proportion with the rest of his thin frame. And there are serious possible health side effects, so do not try this at home.
