Fugitive diamond dealer Mehul Choksi, one of the main suspects in the Rs 13,500-crore PNB fraud case, owns a duplex flat in Walkeshwar, a wealthy neighborhood in Mumbai's Malabar Hill neighborhood. The address of this house is also listed on Choksi's passport, which was granted by the Indian government. In recent years, a large number of notices have been put on the door. Among the notices are letters from various banks and investigating organizations, as well as a few summonses from the ED that were never acknowledged by anyone.
