The agreement expands the relationship between Mahindra and Rockfort, which dates back to the second season of Formula E in 2015/16.
Rockfort has collaborated with Mahindra in0 development of powertrains, electronics and software in addition to supporting the team’s tools and systems during race weekend.
Rockfort also has prior experience in a variety of racing championships around the world on top of Formula E, including Formula 1 and the World Rally Championship.
Mahindra and Rockfort insist their partnership shows their commitment to supporting the development of zero carbon technology. Mahindra is already the only Formula E team to receive Environmental Accreditation from the FIA.
Dilbagh Gill, Team Principal, Mahindra Racing, said: “We’ve been working closely with Angus [Lyon] and Rockfort Engineering since the start of season two, so to officially have them onboard as official supplier to Mahindra Racing is my pleasure.
“Both teams have the same ambitions and objectives and as our ABB FIA Formula E Championship campaign for season six gets underway and our Race to Road programme gains momentum, we’re going to have a very busy period.”
