After the West Bengal High Court, now the Bombay High Court has brought the state government to the spot and asked several questions related to the Covid situation going out of control. The Court asked why there are no beds, essential drugs, and oxygen in hospitals. The judiciary body named the situation a systematic and collective failure of the government. A bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice G S Kulkarni asked Advocate General Ashutosh Kumbhakoni if the state believed its current restrictions on the movement of citizens were working.
