Maha minister dismisses reports of LAW; BJP states push for anti-conversion law

There is a heated debate over the anti-conversion law or the love jihad law, it has now been triggered by Yogi Adityanath as a chorus for the law grows in BJP ruled states, whereas the non-BJP ruled states are pushing back. Maharashtra Minister has now come out and dismissed reports of a similar law in the state. Aslam Shaikh stated that the law is foolish and Maharashtra will not implement it. He also added that no law shall be created in the state pertaining to love jihad. He also cites the constitution by saying that individuals have the right to reside in any part of the country and can marry a person of their choice and can follow any religious institution.
